Happiness Coaching is an empowering, practical, and personalized mind-body approach to healing anxiety and insecure attachment.

For most of my 20s, I struggled with chronic pain and deep-seated anxiety. My unhealed trauma and constant pain made me controlling and critical in my relationships, culminating in a divorce I never saw coming.

 

I learned the hard way how untreated anxiety, perfectionism, and
people-pleasing behaviors can
wreak havoc on our relationships
with the people we love the most. 

 

Years of healing and a very happy second marriage later, my life’s passion is helping
other women heal themselves and their
relationships from the inside out.

As a certified coach with over 5,000 hours of experience,

I focus on teaching the practical, actionable steps I wish I’d known at the start of my own healing journey. In just a few weeks, I’ll teach you the lessons that took me years to learn: how to heal your pain, overcome anxiety, and build the
loving, secure relationships you deserve.
